Staff were unhelpful, charging extra for meals and showing poor behavior. Cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room were unsettling. It's a disappointment to have such potential wasted. the only positive was the location near the metro station.

the location is superb, just steps away from rk ashram marg metro station, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms were of a decent size, and we appreciated the complimentary wi-fi.

The only positives about Hotel Star View were the Wi-Fi and the convenient location near the RK Ashram Marg Metro Station in Paharganj, close to landmarks such as Red Fort and Karol Bagh Market. the relaxation facilities were non-existent, but nearby attractions like the Laxminarayan Temple and Jantar Mantar added value to our family bonding experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with young children.
